     Cletus Murphy was born on 7 February 1909 at Kentucky.¹ He married Adean Campbell, daughter of James Monroe Campbell and Annie Blanche Latham. Cletus Murphy died on 12 March 2002 at Wingo, Graves, Kentucky, at age 93.¹

     Charles Eugene Murphy was the son of Cletus Murphy and Adean Campbell. Charles Eugene Murphy died before 2002.²
